MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY: 6a, 7a, 8a, 12p, 430p, 530p, and 630p, 730p CrossFit sessions (“The Workout of the Day”)

MONDAY: 730p CrossFit Mobility

WEDNESDAY: 530p CrossFit Endurance, 730p CrossFit Mobility

SATURDAY: 9a CrossFit Session, 10a CrossFit Endurance

SUNDAY: 9a Gymnastics
