MONDAY: 730p CrossFit Mobility
WEDNESDAY: 530p CrossFit Endurance, 730p CrossFit Mobility
SATURDAY: 9a CrossFit Session, 10a CrossFit Endurance
SUNDAY: 9a Gymnastics
