This three-part series is intended to help new and advanced athletes develop gymnastics skills that will aid in general physical preparedness and are an essential part of any competitive athlete’s repertoire.
PERFECT YOUR PULL-UP
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH, 1-3PM

Whether you’re still struggling with unassisted pull-ups or want to take your kip to the next level, come out to hone your technique and learn progressions that will keep you healthy and safe as you develop your pullups in practice and competition.
HONE YOUR HANDSTAND
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH, 12-2PM

Whether you want to conquer your fear of the handstand, or freshen up those B-boy tricks, this seminar is for you. The day will include safe progressions that will aid in the skill development of being upside down. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome to participate.
TURN DOWN FOR TUMBLING
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST, 10AM-12PM

InMovement, a gymnastics center located in Queen Village, will be opening you to world of tumbling. Basic through intermediate gymnastics skills will be introduced in a progressional manner, depending on individual needs. Rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, front and back handsprings and standing tucks are some of the skills that will be explored. Work within your level and feel comfortable every step of the way. Experienced instructors will provide drills that break down the skills into easy to achieve steps. InMovement will bring mats and will spot skills to aid in your learning and help keep you safe. You’ll flip over this playful and energetic workshop!
