The competition team trains for sport of fitness. There are pre-requisites to enter including skill development and strength. There is a greater demand placed not only on ability, but commitment and lifestyle. This program will prepare you to be as adept and well-rounded as possible in order to excel in unknown elements tested in the sport. This is for the serious athlete who wants to compete at the local, regional and national level.
Competition programming is posted in a separate group with closed training hours reserved for those who are committed to the team. All athletes must compete in at least one competition (team or individual) throughout the year in addition to the CrossFit Open.
