2. The Schedule for the next few days is going to be a little different:
Saturday: All Classes are cancelled except for Strength in the Basement due to new flooring being put in upstairs.
Sunday: Only one class at 10am – “Murph”, sign up on the Calendar to attend. Scaling options will be available (Run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, Run 1 mile) but otherwise plan to spend a little longer than an hour on this session if you plan to attend.
Monday: All Classes are cancelled for the Holiday – with Strength Classes possibly pending.
Tuesday: The basement will be demo-ed early in the morning for about 4 hours so there will be a lot of noise and probably some dust collecting during classes. Classes will still be held during these hours – the rubble will be collected later that night.
