Save Saturday at 1pm-230pm to cheer for your fellow CFCCers in a mock Olympic Lifting competition taking place upstairs in the gym. In light of this mock competition the Intro to Olympic Lifting class has been moved to 11am. If you’re interested in getting in on the next round of Olympic Lifting at CFCC, this is a great event to come out for!
Also, we are planning on making Olympic Lifting a permanent separate program that will run as a separate membership option from your CFCC membership – meaning non-members can join and current members pay a regular membership rate to simply attend these classes.
