Cat Stretches (5 breaths)
Arm Swings Out (each arm gets 5 swings – so, 10 total)
Adductor Mobs (5 each leg)
Spiderman to Stand (5 each leg)
10 Rounds for time of:
Skin the Cat, 3 reps
Sumo Deadlift, 10 reps (185/115)
If you cannot complete the Skin the Cat you will complete 3 STRICT L-Raises.
