1. “South of France:” 10 rounds of 10 air squats, 10 push-ups
2. “Todd:” Tabata push-ups
3. “Aurelio:” Tabata squats
4. “Miller:” Tabata burpees
5. “Ethan:” 50 burpees to a vertical jump above reach
6. “Camac:” 4 rounds of 400m run, 50 squats
7. “What Liz did while all the other coaches were sleeping:” 10 rounds: 100m
run, 10 squats, 10 push-ups
8. “Hockey Chris:” run 1 mile, 5 burpees every minute
9. “Cops and Robbers:” every 10 minutes on the minute, sprint one block
10. “Burping Cindy:” 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 15 squats AMRAP 20 minutes
11. “Costa Rica:” 50-40-30-20-10 Double-unders, alternated with 25/20/15/10/
5 burpees
12. “Anna:” Tabata hollow rocks
13. “Thanksgiving:” 400m walking lunge
14. “Don’t Go To Texas, Tony:” 5 rounds: 20 ft handstand walk, 20 hollow rocks
15. “Patti Ann:” Inverted burpees, 50 reps for time
16. “Visiting my Sister:” 4 rounds: 1 min handstand hold, 20 one-leg squats
17. “Bowman:” 10 rounds for time: 5 rolling pistols each leg, 5 tuck jumps, 5
burpees
18. “G.I. Jane” Find something to do a pull-up on, 50 burpee pull-ups for time
19. “Simon’s Ladder:” with jump rope, 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 overhead squats with
rope alternated with double unders
20. “Flight Simulator”
21. “Annie” 50-40-30-20-10 Double unders/Sit-ups
22. “Angie”
23. Pick a distance. For 10 minutes: bear crawl, run backwards, run forwards,
broad jump
