Box jumps, 5 sets of 5 repetitions for max speed, not height.

B. SPEED

3 rounds for time:

5 pull-ups
10 pushups
15 squats

C. STRENGTH ENDURANCE

Back squats, 20 reps at 75% of today’s peak set of 5.
