OLYMPIC LIFTING is on for this Monday at 12pm with Jim!  You’ll be working on the Snatch and the Back Squat

Self Myofascial Release: Lax Ball to Hip Flexors, to IT band, to Glutes, to feet. 10 minutes.

Mobility: Band Assisted Hamstring Stretch, 2 minutes on each side.

Dynamic Warm-up: 2 rounds of: 10 seconds – Cat Camel, 10 seconds – Leg Swings, 10 seconds – Arm Swings, 5 Strict Pull-ups, 5 Perfect Kettlebell Swings

Strength: Conventional Deadlift, up to a very light peak of 1.  Think very fast, but not very heavy in preparation for the total.

For time: 100m Row, 5 Strict Pull-ups, 10 American Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5), 5 Strict Pull-ups, 10 American Kettlebell Swings, 5 Strict Pull-ups, 100m Row.
