On Saturday, November 19 from 12 noon until 3 p.m., we will host a Steer Roast at WyebrookFarm (150 Wyebrook Road, 610-942-7480).  I wanted to provide a list of the beef cuts available and the prices for these cuts. I have been brining the beef that we will be roasting this week and will start cooking it on Friday morning.  I think its going to be delicious.

Steaks:
