Mobility: Band overhead stretch, 1 minute each side; Band-assisted pec stretch, 1 minute each side
Posture & Stability: 1 minute hollow hold
Dynamic Warm-up: 3 rounds of: 10 cat camels, 10 bird-dogs, 10 arm circles (front & back), 5 wall-handstand forward rolls
