The 10am and 12pm session will be held in Washington Square Park tomorrow! We’ll be meeting around the corner closest to 7th and Locust.
WARMUP: 10 cat camels, 10 heel press-downs, arm swings (front, back, out, up), leg swings, hip swings, 50ft. prisoner lunges, 50ft. skip for height, 50ft. side shuffle
SKILL WORK: Partner assisted free-standing handstands.
TEAM WORKOUT: Split the group into 2 teams. Then attempt to complete the following for time:
Run 40om (each member of the team must run on their own – relay-style.)
Walking Lunge 400m (only one member moving at a time but all members must contribute to lunging the distance)
400 Double Unders (two members working at a time)
Walking Lunge 400m (same as above)
Run 400m (same as above)
