2 minutes of: Pull-ups (Kipping)

2 minutes of American Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1)

2 minutes of rest.

2 minutes of Box Jumps (30/24)

2 minutes of rest.

2 minutes of Max Calories on the Erg


26 minutes total. 12 minutes of work.
