Mobility… you need to do a lot of things well but for jumping especially, it helps.  We’ll be rolling out a series of new videos on our revised warm-up and weekly static stretch focus.  Let us know what you think and how it changes your performance!

This is Kelly Starrett from CrossFit San Francisco, mid-jump.  Hip extension is your friend!

POWER:

Broad Jumps, up to a peak set of 1.

STRENGTH:

Deadlifts (Conventional), up to a peak set of 1.

METCON:

Tabata Row : 8 Rounds of 20s/10s off on the erg.
