Tonight at O-Lifting?
SNATCH! This was an impromptu meeting of the Olympic Lifting Class to do a workout I’ve been jones-ing about for about 2 years: Isabel. When I first started CrossFit and any kind of lifting – overhead squatting wasn’t only impossible… it hurt! Give yourself time, folks! You will get where you are going!
A word about the form in this video – it’s not perfect… but it’s very telling. :) We’ll be working on the snatch all this week in Olympic Lifting. BAM.
