MOBILITY: Band Overhead Stretch, 1 minute each side.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: As needed: Cat Camel, Cat Stretches, Wrist Stretches, Hollow Rocks, Superman, Forward Rolls
POSTURE AND STABILITY: Handstand Hold, 1 minute.
SKILL WORK: Handstand Walking
METABOLIC CONDITIONING: AMRAP in 15 minutes: Walk 10ft. on your hands, 5 Forward Rolls, 5 Burpee Tuck Jumps.

GYMNASTICS with Sammy at 730pm:

SKILLS:
BACK EXTENSION ROLL
BACK BEND/BRIDGE KICK OVER/HANDSTAND LIMBER

METCON:
3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
15 ft bridge walk
15 ft forward rolls

15 ft backward rolls

    Holy crap Sammy. Was that a clean pull or are you actually THAT awesome that your cleans look so textbook. I’m guessing the latter :)

    Hydration, hydration, hydration!!!! I can pretty much feel the headache fade as I drink water.
