Get excited. This year is FULL of new things for our little home at 13th and Chestnut.  Expect many announcements on our plans for the next few months over the weekend before the new cycle begins on the 7th.

In the meantime, thank YOU for making this year an incredible time of growth for us.  Every one of you has contributed to the look, feel, equipment, and heart that we hold in this basement.  We firmly believe that 2013 will be our best year yet.

For a sense of how far we’ve come, view the video below (posted 5 months ago but containing footage from the beginning of the year when we were at 210 S. 13th Street).

Today we are running a limited schedule:
One big Workout of the Day, at 12pm with Tim.
And Hybrid/Advanced Oly with Jim from 12-2pm and 530-730pm with Jim.


MOVEMENT PREP: As needed, for 15 minutes.

5 Rounds for time of:

Row 250m

15 Burpees

15 Pull-ups

20 Double-Unders

Rest as long as it takes you to work (if math is hard, approximate times are ok).

If you need to sub something for double unders, complete 100 singles per round of double unders.

*There is a mandatory 30 minute cap on this workout*
