When you do Grogleo or Paleo you kind of have to plan to plan ahead.  It’s sort of like anytime you want to do anything well… you’ve got to think a little bit.  Here’s a great example of how to exercise some strategy in feeding yourself.

    Just in a response to this passed Sunday…

    I would like to thank Greg and Erin for making something so complicated and restricting instantly into something that is rewarding and choice-worthy. Something smart. Something NOT socially restricting while still maintaining some (lots) form of health conscious efforts to train, see results and educate everyone on general health benefits. Also, thank you for trying something new and encouraging us to do the same. Seeing progress in another is a huge motivator. And if something isn’t working, change it. I think the seller was “You’re not restricting yourself from eating anything, you’re just making a better (still delicious) choice.”
    I agree with MMac in that keeping each other checked in keeps (at least myself) everyone in check.

    Bought all my materials (aka went to Reading Terminal and VShoppe.)
    New rule: Eat one new veggie a week. Cha-ching.

    And if I plan to get to 6a tomorrow, I bid thee goodnight.

    I just did the M-Wod (I’ve been doing em every day!!) and let me tell you it is awesome. I woke up at 4:30 with pretty bad low back pain this morning…8 minutes of torturing my feet, legs, and hips and I feel a significant improvement!
