Classes tomorrow will be at 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a, 12p, 430p, 530p, 630p and a Kettebell class held simultaneously with a Gymnastics class at 730p.  Many thanks to those of you who helped us with painting, the pull-up bar, et cetera today!

If you have a sweatshirt or other item of clothing you’d like screen-printed, bring it in, give us $10 and we’ll give it to Shana to screenprint.  Keep in mind – homemade screen-printing has some imperfections but still look pretty awesome.  Questions? Post to comments.

ACTIVATION:

5 minutes of kettlebell snatch x3.

STRENGTH:

Press, up to a peak of 3.

Assistance work between sets: 6-10 reps prowler power row

METCON:

21-15-9 reps of:  Push presses and Russian swings (2/1.5).

  • Warm-up
  • Kinesthetic awareness: Handstand Walking
  • Strength: Planche Progressions (parallettes)
  • Metcon: 5 Rounds for time of: 2 passes plank walk (20ft.), 5 deadhang pull-up
