WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Lax Ball Shoulders, 5 minutes.
MOBILITY: Band Pec Stretch, 30 seconds each side. Band Overhead and Behind You, 30 seconds each side.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Plyo Slapping Push-ups, 2 minutes to learn, 3 minutes to practice 3 reps at a time. If you’re not flying in the air, you need a band!
STRENGTH: Floor Press, up to a peak of 1. Work up to a peak set of 1 in your group!
Complete for time: 50 Box Jumps (30/24), at the start of every minute complete 5 slapping push-ups.
