It’s day 2 of Peak Week!

ONE HOUR OLY with Sammy, at 12pm.

SQUATTING SESSION, with Sammy at 630pm.

GYMNASTICS, with Sammy, at 730pm. – Super fun metcon if you’re new to kipping handstand push-ups, AND there’s a skill section for kipping HSPU and Toes-to-Bar. Gymnastics is cancelled this Thursday so come out and play on Tuesday!

HYBRID/ADVANCED OLY with Jim, 530-730pm.

Don’t forget! Our running series is running tomorrow evening (Wednesday) at 730pm. This series is FREE, AWESOME, and completely approachable for new and seasoned runners alike.  Tomorrow’s lecture will be on how a little bit of soft-tissue work will CHANGE YOUR RUN LIFE.  Don’t miss it!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Lax Ball Shoulders, 5 minutes.

MOBILITY: Band Pec Stretch, 30 seconds each side.  Band Overhead and Behind You, 30 seconds each side.

DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Plyo Slapping Push-ups, 2 minutes to learn, 3 minutes to practice 3 reps at a time. If you’re not flying in the air, you need a band!

STRENGTH: Floor Press, up to a peak of 1. Work up to a peak set of 1 in your group!

METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

Complete for time: 50 Box Jumps (30/24), at the start of every minute complete 5 slapping push-ups.
