Classes tomorrow will be at 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a, noon, 430p, 530p, and 630p. The regularly scheduled OLY Specialization Class is cancelled in favor of a 730p Sectionals Athlete’s meeting. If you cannot do the workout of the day for Sectionals on Saturday at 2pm – this 730p time slot is for you. Please email with any questions you may have – and rest up! If you haven’t registered and the joined our affiliate team – shame on you! Get on that! If you still have no idea WHY you should sign up for Sectionals even if you don’t intend on being able to do ALL of the WODs and even though you don’t “rx” every single workout… go here, and just do it for fun!
