    I’m a crossfitter from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Going to be in Philly Sun 20-23 of June. Would love to drop in for a workout and wondering if you allow drop-ins? If so when might be a good day to do so and is advance notice necessary? Thanks for the info.

    • We do allow drop-ins, Cindy. We offer members of other affiliates sessions for $10 each. If you’re going to be coming longer we can work out a special monthly rate. To reserve your spot please just shoot us an email at crossfitcc at gmail.
