MOVEMENT PREP: Barbell or Lax Ball to Feet and Calves, 2 minutes per side. Lax Ball on Floor under Upper Trap in Glute Bridge, 2 minutes per side. Partner Assisted Lat Stretch, 30 seconds per side, per partner. Spiderman Walk, 30 feet. Inchworm, 30 feet. Duck Walk, 30 feet.
STRENGTH: Overhead Squat, up to a peak of 1.
