MOVEMENT PREP: In teams of 2-4 people complete: a relay of 30ft of each: Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Spiderman Lunge plus Point Behind (toward front knee), Over/Under, 90/90 Walk, Toy Soldiers, Single Leg Deadlift Walk, Side Shuffle, Karaoke, Skip.
SKILL WORK: Snatch Drills
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
