For time: (w/ partner)

400m run
50 wall balls (20/14)
50 double unders (or 100 single unders)
400m run
50 wall balls
50 double unders
400m run
*Only one partner may work at a time.  The partner resting will hold a kettlebell (32/24) in any way as long as they are standing.  Kettlebell CANNOT touch the ground.  When the kettlebell touches the ground it results in a 10 burpee penalty.
