MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll, 5 minutes. Spend about a minute with each: Hollow Rock, Superman Rock, Hollow Rock to Super Man Transitions.

ACTIVATION: Broad Jump, take 6 attempts at a personal best.

SKILL WORK: Stone to Shoulder.

CONDITIONING: Then 3-minute partnered Stone to Shoulder AMRAP. Repeat where possible.
