WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Pecs and Upper Traps on the Floor, 3 minutes per side. 30 feet of each: Inchworm, Spiderman plus Overhead Reach Each Side, Over the Fence Under the Fence, High Knees, Butt Kicks, PVC Overhead Duck Walks.
SKILL WORK: Axle to Overhead – work up to a peak set within 15 minutes.
In teams of 3, AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
Axle Loaded Overhead Squat
Your score is the total number of Overhead Squats.
Each team should choose their load for the Axle Overhead Squat.
