WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll as needed, 5 minutes. Then perform 2 minutes of: Reverse Lunge to Forward Lean to Spiderman to Kneel to Stand. 10 minutes
ACTIVATION: Single leg squat hold, 1 minute per side. Front Plank, 1 minute. Side plank, 1 minute per side. Side plank, 1 minute per side. 5 minutes
STRENGTH: Yoke Walk, take about 15-20 minutes to work up to a heavy 30ft. walk.
For 10 minutes:
Waiter’s Walk a load in one hand over 12ft. of plank
Waiter’s Walk a load in the OTHER hand over 12ft. of plank
Complete the mat jump course for accuracy*
*You can choose to perform these jumps as rebounding jumps or separated broad jumps.
