WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP: Jump Rope Practice – 3 minutes. Partner Distracted Quad Stretch – 1 minute per side. Partner Distracted Spiderman Stretch – 1 minute per side. 1 round of: 30ft. Spiderman Plus Overhead Reach, Inchworm, Bear Crawl, Crab Walk.

CONDITIONING (A):

Four rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
Rest 3 minutes

CONDITIONING (B):

21-15-9 reps of:

Dumbbell Thrusters (35/20)
Box Jumps (24/20)
