Workout of the Day: Monday, 7.22.13

MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Pecs, 2 minutes each side. Pec Minor Release, one minute on each side. Then, 3 rounds of: Inverted Hand Push-ups – 3 reps, Pause Jump Squat – 3 reps.

STRENGTH: Back Squat, up to a peak set of 2.

CONDITIONING: AMRAP 7 minutes of Burpee MUs. *if no MU, then burpee pull-ups – if no pull-ups then stack plates for jumping pull-ups.
