WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MOVEMENT PREP: General Foam Roll, 3 minutes. Lax Ball Feet and Lower Legs, 2 minutes per side. 3 rounds of: 6 Spiderman Steps, 6 Samson Stretch Walking Lunges, 3 Pause Jump Squats.
SKILL WORK: Single Leg Squat, create an appropriate scale for the Conditioning piece for today.
STRENGTH: Back Squat, up to a peak of 3.
CONDITIONING: AMRAP in 8 minutes: 3 Chest to Bar Pull-ups, 3 Single Leg Squats (per leg), 6/6, 9/9, 12/12, etc.
