STRONGMAN WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
1. Stone and keg to shoulder work, work up to something heavy, then 3 sets of 2m of said heavy thing. Alternating sides.
2. AMRAP 10m:
1 lap Left hand farmers walk
1 lap right hand farmers walk
*one lap is 30 feet down, 30 feet back. Athletes may use axle bars, farmers handles, kettlebells, or dumbbells.
