Workout of the Day: Saturday, 10.5.13

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

OUTSIDE at 10am (due to hookgrip) – Danny and Paul will take jump ropes to Washington Square Park (meet at the park at 10am).

MOVEMENT PREP: Paul’s Choice (10-15 minutes)

SKILL WORK: The Double Under OR the Triple Under (depending on availability).

CONDITIONING:

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

400m Run

50 Double Unders*

*This can definitely be changed as needed – choose a number per round that is a little challenging but doable for you!  If you’d like to try triple unders in a metcon that is also allowable – just pick a doable number. Lastly, if you’re still getting the hang of jump-roping skills, choose a number of singles to complete unbroken.
