WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:
Lax Ball Triceps x 1min/side
Banded Hamstring Stretch x 1min/side

10 Spiderman Steps
5 Inchworm
10 High Knee Lunge + Twist
10 Yoga Push up
10 Cossack Squat

CONDITIONING:
Teams of 4.

Teams must collectively
Bench Press 10,000lbs
Power Clean or Clean 15,000lbs
Deadlift 20,000lbs

Partition any way.
No limits on who may be working at any given time.
Bench press must be spotted.

No more than (3) total barbells allowed per team.
