Part of the BCCC (Body Composition Change Challenge)?  Clear your schedule now to attend the Q&A next Monday at 630pm – and hopefully (like all the people below…) be sure to schedule some grocery/cooking time for this weekend so you’re prepped for the week!  While you’re at it: here’s a great breakdown of solid paleo resources for your continued learning purposes!



MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Pec Minor and Traps in Glute Bridge, 6 minutes total.  60ft. of each: High Knees, Butt Kicks, Side Shuffle, Karaoke, Samson Stretch Lunges, Spiderman Steps, Over the Fence/Under the Fence, Inchworm (30ft.)


Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Your score is your total reps.
