MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Hip Flexors and Quads, 2 minutes per side. Glute Bridge, 10 reps. Lax Ball Pec Minor on floor, 2 minutes per side. Wall Facing PVC Loaded Overhead Squats, 10 reps.
STRENGTH: Overhead Squat, up to a peak of 3 reps.
CONDITIONING: AMRAP 12 minutes of: 10 Burpees 25 Double Unders
