WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Shoulders, 5 minutes. Hollow Rock – 1 minute. Superman Rock – 1 minute. Hollow to Superman, 1 minute. Handstand Hold (Wall-Facing) – 1 minute. Tripod Practice – 1 minute.
SKILL WORK: The Strict Handstand Push-up – spend about 15 minutes practicing the skill.
CONDITIONING:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 rep rounds of:
Handstand push-ups
L-pull-ups
*20 minute cap.
Strict Handstand Push-ups should be used for this Metcon so if an alternate sub is needed you may begin the rep range from 12 down to 3. Strict Pull-ups may be subbed for L-Pullups.
