Workout of the Day: Saturday, 8.15.13

Then you’re PERFECT for attending the Competitor’s Meeting being held at 730pm next Friday, June 21st. This Competitor’s Meeting is not being held SOLELY for the sake of the Summer Slam Competition being held August 17th at CrossFit Generation but is actually crucial to the formation of the competitive year of CrossFit to come at CFCC.  If you can’t be there – don’t fret.  We’ll take good notes.  But if you can there, I’d encourage you to be as we’ll also talk programming for those who are interested in achieving as much as possible within the next year.



MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Hip Flexors and Quads, 8 minutes total. 30ft. of each: Inchworm, Spiderman Step plus Overhead Reach Walks, Samson Stretch Lunge Walks, Single Leg Deadlift Toe Touch Walks, Crab Walk.



For time:

25 Deadlifts (225/155 or, for most about 50% of max should be a good gauge)

50 Pull-ups

25 Deadlifts (225/155)
