WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll as needed, 5 minutes. Lax ball the feet and calves for 2 minutes on each side.
ACTIVATION: Single Leg Squat Hold, 1 minute per side. Practice the Knee Tuck and L-Raise – today these MUST be done with a full “child’s grip” around the bar. Practice parallette tuck and L-holds.
SKILL WORK: Rowing, or Learn to row if you never have.
CONDITIONING:
With a partner complete AMRAP in 10 minutes of: Row 250m, L-Raises. While one partner rows the other accumulates L-Raises. The total amount of L-Raises is your “score”.
