Workout of the Day: Sunday, 12.22.13

THERE IS NO GYMNASTICS FOR TODAY!  Our holiday schedule is officially in effect!  Please take a look at the schedule here.  Today, there is a 10-12pm Hybrid/Advanced Oly class with Record and a 10am WOD with Morgan.

Below, me with a sandbag outside the first space CFCC ever inhabited.   The anniversary of CFCC’s birth is coming up! January 3rd, 2014 will be SIX YEARS of creating an arena for the urban athlete in Center City, Philadelphia!

MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Shoulders – 5 minutes. From here: MovNat Flow Warm-up – 10 minutes.

CONDITIONING: “Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises. For total reps.
