MOVEMENT PREP: Wall Quad Stretch, 1 minute per side. Partner Assisted Lat Stretch, 1 minute per side. Partner Assisted Barbell Thoracic Extension, 1 minute per side. Then, complete Record’s Rugby Warm-up :)
SKILL WORK: Review each movement: scales and faults.
