Previous “CrossFit Disco” Scores.

MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll and Lax Ball as needed until 10 past. 3 rounds of: 3 Squat to Stands, 3 Yoga Push-ups, 3 Spiderman Steps per side.

CONDITIONING:

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:

Box Jumps (24/20)

Pull-ups

SKILL WORK: Double Unders, for 5 minutes.
