WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MOVEMENT PREP: Coach’s Choice, 15 minutes.
STRENGTH: Tire-Seated Sled Pulls, practice this movement for about 20 minutes. Work up in weight if you feel good!
CONDITIONING: Complete with a partner: AMRAP 12 minutes of: high five burpees – 10 reps, walking lunges – 20 steps (the lunges must be completed together as partners but each person completes 20 steps each)
