WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll as needed, 5 minutes. Front Plank, accumulate 1 minute. Side Plank, accumulate 1 minute. Other Side Plank, accumulate 1 minute. Wall Quad Stretch, 1 minute per side. Glute Bridges, 10 reps.
SKILL WORK: Stone to Shoulder Practice
CONDITIONING: AMRAP in 5 minutes: Stone to Shoulder and Stone Squat on left side – 3 reps, Stone to Shoulder and Stone Squat on right side – 3 reps, Muscle-ups – 3 reps.
*if no muscle-ups, tough ring dips may be substituted.
