WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll and Lax Ball as needed for 5 minutes. Ballerina Adductor Stretch, 1 minute per side. Choose some VERY light dumbbells or kettlebells and complete: 3 rounds of: 5 windmills per side, 5 russian kettlebell swings, 5 kettlebell front squats, 5 thrusters with the same kettlebells.
SKILL WORK: Review the Turkish Get Up.
STRENGTH: Practice the Turkish Get Up – for 15 minutes.
21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Twin Eye Level KB Swings @ 53 per hand(women @ 35)
Twin KB Thrusters @ 53 per hand(women @ 35)
Scale as needed. This is definitely harder than it looks!
