Workout of the Day: Sunday, 9.15.13

Arianna Bickle will be leading a restorative yoga session today at CFCC at 11am! Arianna has been a member of CFCC for about a year and has recently come back to Philly from teaching vinyasa yoga in her home state of Michigan. This is a new type of Croga session at CFCC we’ll be trying out for the next month on Sunday mornings – come out and reset for the week to come!



MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll as needed, 5 minutes. 3 rounds of: 3 Yoga Push-ups, 3 Spider-Man Steps per side, Lat Stretch – 30 seconds per side.

SKILL WORK: Stone to Shoulder and Shouldered Stone Squat


Pair up with a partner and complete with one person moving at a time:

4 rounds of 1 minute at each station:

Shouldered Stone Squat, Right Side
Shouldered Stone Squat, Left Side
Box Jumps (30/24) – one box per team!
Russian Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5) – one bell per team!

Your score is your total number of reps.
