MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball the Glutes and Lower Legs, 3 minutes per side. 3 rounds of: Single Leg Glute Bridge, 2 reps per side. Bird-dog, 2 reps per side.

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
