WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP: Meet at Washington Square Park at 10am to warm-up and split up into teams!

ACTIVATION: AMRAP in 3 minutes in teams of 4 of: 30ft. Sled Sprints Relays.

CONDITIONING:

 

“1776”

The group will split into teams of 4.  Each team must complete the following together. You cannot move on to the next section of the workout unless the entire team moves on together.  For each individual portion of the workout (except the runs), the reps may be broken up as needed – for example: the deadlifts may be broken up between four people by reps or as needed but everyone must complete the run.

600m Run together as a team.

300 Air Squats

600m Run together as a team.

200 Double Unders

600m Run together as a team.

100 Deadlifts (135)

600m Run together as a team.
