Workout of the Day: Tuesday, 11.5.13

There are 15 days til the Stache Showdown! Sign up and get more info here. Grab a partner and come out and play. ALL PARTICIPANTS will be a part of 4 out of 5 short Strongman WODs in the day! Here are three things that will be there that you won’t want to miss:
1. Strong ladies sporting ‘staches.
2. An arm-wrestling competition judged by none other than Mr. Paul Buono.
3. A stellar team of judges, dressed to the nines.

MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll and Lax Ball as needed, 5 minutes. Complete 2 minutes of Sun Salutations a la Croga.
ACTIVATION: Agility Ladder drills – 5 minutes.
SKILL WORK: Clean – specifically how to rep cleans from the top down.
STRENGTH: Clean, work up to a tng peak of 3 reps with a Coach. Then, take 80% of that and attempt to complete 3 tng reps EMOM for 5 minutes.
FOR QUALITY: 5 rounds of: 10 Ab-Wheel Rollouts, 10 Strict Pull-ups (use your weaker grip here – pronated or supinated)
