Workout of the Day: Tuesday, 12.17.13

MOVEMENT PREP: Tim’s Yoga (your forearms are prolly gonna be just about dead – do some wrist stretching and lat stretching BEFORE class if you can) + Agility Warm-up, and then: Skill Work for the Clean

STRENGTH: Clean, Take 20 minutes and work up to a peak of 1.
